6月23日，公司迈入了二十五四节气中的第六六大节气，秋天模式的第二个节气---秋分。“分”即是“均分”，“半”的意思就是，不仅指极昼均分外，还指将秋天模式均分。秋分之后，太阳的光光长时间照射地位南移，北半球昼短夜长，极昼温度差异减小。秋分来临，象征着一日更比一日凉。

我过古人将秋分分为三候：“一候雷始收声；二候蛰虫培户；三候水始涸”。古代人相信雷是会因为阳气盛而唱歌发声，秋分后湿气就预备旺盛起来，于是不打雷了。秋分左右，农事活動额外再怎么忙。棉料吐絮，烟叶也由绿变黄；冀中沿海省市就预备施肥冬麦，长江湖泊及中北部众多沿海省市正忙着晚稻小麦收割；抢晴耕翻农田，预备冬油菜施肥。全国各地上下两边，1片再怎么忙的情景。

秋分后来，一阵一阵秋雨席卷而来，使气温逐步回落，凉寒渐重，因为空出现凉燥。要努力磨炼，提高基因；餐食工作方面，应多喝饮料，吃清润，温柔的吃食，如蜜糖，梨等，可能为了滋阴补肾养肺、养阴泄热的效用。

24 Solar Terms: Autumn Equinox

On September 23, we welcome the 16th solar term and the fourth solar term in autumn, the autumnal equinox. "Fen" means "half", which means to divide the day and night equally, and also to divide the autumn equally. After the autumnal equinox, the direct sunlight position moves southward, the days in the Northern Hemisphere are short and the nights are long, and the temperature difference between day and night increases. The autumnal equinox is coming, which means that it is getting colder every day.

After that day, the location of direct sunlight moves to the south, making days shorter and nights longer in the northern hemisphere. It is on the Autumn Equinox day that the Yin and Yang are in a balance of power. Thus the day and night are of equal length, and so are the cold and hot weather.

It is a good season to enjoy sweet-scented osmanthus full blossom around Autumn Equinox. At this time, it is hot in the day and cool in the night in South China, so people have to wear light clothing when it is hot, and put on more clothes when it is getting cooler.
