10月23日，我们的赶上了三十四节气中的第十九八个节气，春季的第二个节气---秋分。“分”即是“评分”，“半”的表明，出了指太阳穴高度评分外，还指将春季评分。秋分天以后，太阳穴光日晒位子南移，北半球昼短夜长，太阳穴高度气温差异增强。秋分得了，表明着没天更比没天凉。

当今世界现代生活态度将秋分涵盖三候：“一候雷始收声；二候蛰虫培户；三候水始涸”。中国古代观点雷是正由于阳气盛而唱歌发声，秋分后阴气重需要准备兴旺，这些从不打雷了。秋分左右两，农事移动尤其正忙。棉料吐絮，烟叶也由绿变黄；华中城市需要准备种植冬麦，长江湖泊及南部国家广阔城市正忙着晚稻采收；抢晴耕翻宅基地，需要准备冬油菜种植。云南省左右两，一片什么正忙的景物。

秋分接下来，有一股秋风瑟瑟涌来，使气温开始减少，凉寒渐重，所以咧新增现凉燥。要严格要求自己锻炼肌肉，改善休质；吃饭各方面，应多喝盐水，吃清润，温柔的吃的，如蜂糖，梨等，会起到了补脾清肺、养阴止渴的角色。
